Sad...but true...the Girls Basketball Year comes to an end...our Lady Badgers fought hard, but it just wasn't enough for them to continue on in State play.
Whit did a great job on Defense...she did okay on Offense...we all think of course that she should have shot the ball a little more, cuz when she does...she usually makes them...but she just doesn't have the confidence yet...Next Year right Whit! :-)~
I really don't know what we are going to do until her Track Meets start...I guess we could actually go on vacation!
Speaking of vacation...we are heading to St. George this weekend for the big bike ride...65 miles...I know that this too will pass and then all the pain will have been worth it. I think what we are all really looking for is a rest from the snow and ice and cold, cold weather. I just hope that it is nice down there when we are there.
I'm thinking that Monterey California sounds good for spring break....just thinking out-loud just in case someone is listening!
I am loving the snow we are getting here right now...but I want my cake and to eat it too...I want it to warm up and if it could just warm up and we could still have the moisture wouldn't that be a great cake to eat...so for now...I will settle for the snow and find my cup half full!
